Another group of riders shot in the same corner within a couple of laps during the 1987 Daytona 200. This was in the era of 750cc Superbikes. I believe these photos were taken in the high-speed dogleg, so max lean might not have been possible at those speeds with the tires of the day. All photos by Larry Lawrence.

Suzuki Motor Corp. announced today that during its fiscal nine-month period between April and December 2011, wholesale unit sales to dealers in the U.S. and Canada rose to 34,000 from the 13,000 units sold the same period in 2010. Read more.

Kurt Hall, racing the Team Suzuki Endurance machine, leads Human Race Team’s Andy Fenwick during a WERA National Endurance Series race at Indianapolis Raceway Park sometime in the early 1990s. A few years earlier Hall and Fenwick were teammates on the championship-winning Human Race Team. Hall, looking for a more stable team environment, moved to Team Suzuki. For years in endurance races Hall and Fenwick never raced on the track at the same time. Finally the two got a chance to do a little dicing as lead riders for their respective teams.
