Danny Smith (No. 31) leads Yamaha of Troy teammate Kelly Smith (No. 39) in practice for the 2005 Hangtown Classic. The Smiths weren’t related as far as I know, but they were both leading AMA 125 Motocross riders of this era. At the 2005 Hangtown Classic it was Danny coming out on top of the battle of the Smiths with a sixth overall. Kelly finished 17th overall out of the 40 starters.

Yamaha Racing France GMT 94 Ipone riders David Checa, Kenny Foray and Matthieu Lagrive closed the season with a first victory and hence, offered their French official Yamaha the third place of the 2011 Qtel FIM Endurance World Championship at the last race, in Qatar. Read more.
