Brit Alan Carter on the MacLean Racing Honda RS250R at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in 1987. Carter had been teammates with Wayne Rainey on Kenny Roberts’ Marlboro Yamaha 250 GP World Championship team in 1984. The year before Carter won the French 250cc Grand Prix in his GP debut creating quite a sensation. Carter raced in the U.S. from 1987 through 1989.
